Gallagher Insurance becomes the new naming sponsor of Challenge Wānaka

We are pleased to announce our new partnership with Challenge Wānaka Sports Trust as the Challenge Wānaka Festival of Triathlon’s naming sponsor, after a long history of supporting as a volunteer sponsor.

The festival’s schedule will run from the 13th to the 15th of February 2025 and will feature events for preschoolers through to elite athletes, ending with the iconic Challenge Wānaka Half (middle distance triathlon).

Challenge Wānaka not only showcases the incredible athleticism and determination of its participants, but it also fosters a sense of community and support for local businesses.

Alongside our partnership, the Trust announced the festival will be returning to Wānaka’s Pembroke Park for the first time since 2020.
